We do not have a return or refund policy, as this is print and send remote product shipping. If there is an issue, please reach out to us o we can try and remedy it. However, we don't see the product before it is sent to you, so are help is limited. We can't just ship a different size or a new product without creating that product first, which will likely require an additional purchase on your part. Please pay close attention to sizes and graphics. Enlarge the images to make sure they meet your liking.
